We are pleased to announce the registration fee structure for IGLC31.

The conference is an in-person event, and the virtual attendance option is under study.

Important Dates

12th February 2023 before 19h00 Paris Time : Full paper submission deadline
31st March 2023 : Final Acceptance
4th April 2023: Early bird registration deadline (Special Extention)
8th May 2023: Camera-ready paper submission deadline
2nd June 2023: Presentation submission deadline
26 June - 2 July 2023: IGLC 31 conference in Lille, France

10th March 2023: PhD summer school application deadline

Registration fee structure

Terms and Conditions

All registration fees are in Euro
A maximum of two papers can be associated with one multi-conference registration
Delegates are responsible for their arrangements and fees for travel and accommodations
The Dinner & Gala price is 85.00 Euro per person and is not included in the registration fees.

Please note that your 3-day in-person conference registration fee includes the following:

June 28–30: Free access to all plenary sessions and parallel sessions, as well as a continental breakfast, lunch, and breaks for networking.

Please note that the following events are not included in your registration unless you choose a registration option that explicitly includes one or both of them:

Workshop Day hosted by IGLC on Monday, June 26 (2 Visits are included in the program)
Industry Day hosted by IGLC on Tuesday, June 27 (2 Visits are included in the program)

English - French simultaneous translation will be available for select sessions throughout the event, in detail:

During the Workshop Day, select workshops will have a translation.
For the entire Industry Day.
For the conference, the speeches of key speakers on Wednesday, the 28 morning, will be translated.

The following exclusions apply:

PhD Summer School, July 01-02 (requires separate application and approval)
Accommodation and travel (not included with registration-delegates are responsible for their arrangements and fees)

All payments must be made in Euro and must be received before the conference. People who haven't paid yet will be asked to pay on-site, and show proof of payment. If the delegate can't give one of these, he or she won't be allowed to go to the conference.

The online registration website is a secure website.

Terms and Conditions of Virtual Registration

The conference is an in-person event, and the virtual attendance option is under study.
All sessions will be streamed live, and recordings will be made available after the event.
All sessions will be moderated.
Publication of one conference paper in the proceedings.
Delegates presenting a paper as part of the conference program and who choose the virtual attendance option will need to submit a pre-recorded video of their presentation (maximum duration to be adredded shortly).
- - The pre-recorded video will be played during the session to which the paper has been assigned by the program committee.
  - There is no guarantee there will be a moderated Q&A session for virtual presentations.
  - Both in-person and virtual audiences will be invited to submit questions to the virtual presenter via email at this time.
In the case of a live (in-person) presentation, the moderator will have the ability to accept questions submitted by virtual attendees using the chat feature, and, time permitting, the moderator may pose these questions to the presenter (i.e., virtual attendees will not have the ability to unmute themselves to ask questions).
