What's included in my Booth Package?

When an exhibitor books their booth space early, they get extra benefits like getting their booth set up first and having more time to market themselves. The standard booth package includes:

Approximately 2.5 m x 3 m booth space
Two standard delegate registrations (for the 3-day conference)
One draped table and two side chairs
Back drape and side drapes between exhibits
Power and wireless Internet access
Your company's listing on our website, brochures, etc.

Important Information

Price per one exhibit booth: EUR € 2,500 + 5% GST
Booths are assigned on a 'first-come-first-served' basis
Exhibit booths will be located in multiple areas adjacent to where attendees will access the conference program
Move in and move out: Dates and times TBD
The booth layout is subject to change without prior notice

Terms and Conditions

All payments must be made in Euro (EUR) and must be received prior to the conference. Exhibitors with outstanding payments will be asked for payment on-site, proof of payment. If the exhibitor can't give one of these, they won't be allowed to come to the conference.
